Foreign investors can be very keen on buying your type of property, but only if they know about it. Simply putting it in the Property Press is not enough. 2. Aggressive Promotion Program – Your home is an investment, so treat it like one. It should be promoted not just in your area but also to those around the country and around the globe. When more people are interested in your home, they are more likely to pay more for it.

3. Choose an Agency That Cares About Its Buyers – A real estate agency that carefully treats its buyers is more likely to have a wider range of people keen to take interest in your type of property. If you’ve ever dealt with a big real estate brand before, you’ll probably know that they are quick to dismiss buyers and get the house sold. That’s not a winning strategy.
